I created this as a reflection of my growth as a person and musician at the time of my Undergraduate degree recital at the Eastman School of Music. The beat frequencies created through the electronics guides the way for the saxophone intervals and rhythms. As the piece progresses, this expands outward to larger intervals. Then this process degrades towards pure improvisation by the end of the work.
